Hi,
i have applied for bankruptcy in April, just after i get a bonus from wrk, (these are not reg, and depend on my performance.) part of the bonus is to pay for the costs etc.. I will have some money left over.. circa 3k,can i withdraw this and not declare in BK as i need to pay family back the money..

Totally agree, you cannot favour one creditor over another and if the OR finds out you will be in big trouble.

also i would remind you that not declaring it in the bankruptcy would be perjury

Unfortunately not as this would be favouring a creditor.


I advise you speak to an expert or visit the CAB to take some advice if you haven't done so already.
