Posted - 10 April 2011 : 23:35:31 Hi, do you mean the OR or a trustee?
Additionally timeshares are particularly difficult to realise a sale, and at best may only realise a low resale price especially a forced sale, i.e possibly 15% of the originalprice paid, and some such as canal boat timeshres or holiday clubs could be even more difficult to sell.
It's probably best to contact the OR or trustee to find out what they're doing with it, as if they acquired it when bankrupt then something should have been done with it by now.
Big Al Insolvency examiner with the Insolvency service from April 2008 - July 2010.
If you need help completing SOA's(statement of affairs) or PIQ's(preliminary information questionnaire) if you've been declared bankrupt, or anything else and you're within 30 miles or so of Warrington, then please contact me via my contact details in the expert page for futher details"

Posted - 10 April 2011 : 08:51:20 Hi and welcome.
What are you wanting to know about this? If you have time share property then the OR will probably sell this and the money will go towards your bankruptcy.
Double, double toil and trouble; Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.
