Posted - 11 April 2011 : 16:00:06 Hi, under the part where it asks what assets you have on the SOA form, what exactly does it mean by fixtures and fittings? i have nothing of any great value anyway and live in rented accomodation. Also i have a savings account with about £70, would that be taken off me?
Thanks Anna |

Posted - 15 April 2011 : 23:43:57 Hi again Viki,
Just wondering, what is classed as something of value? I brought a tv with my redundancy payment a few months back. Will the OR want this? (It was under £500). As I havent put anything down on my SOA for entertainment so I would like to keep the tv :(( The won't want my laptop either will they???
Thank you :)
Charlotte

Posted - 11 April 2011 : 22:27:31 Hi Anna,
Unless you had something of value, you don't need to list anything.
Draw your savings out and put it towards your bankruptcy court fee as the account will be frozen anyway.
