I recieved AD over a month ago and now the Trustee is asking me to take down my business website!! I have not traded since bacoming bankrupt, BUT it is a line of business that I'm familiar with and if I don't get another job soon, was thinking of going back into my old business! If I take the website down - I will be forced out of the industry!!
Can they make me do this? Surely I should be allowed to make a living for Petessakes!!

Posted - 13 April 2011 : 21:52:08 if you had the website at the date of the bankruptcy then it is an asset in the bankruptcy, nothing to stop you starting a new business and new website
