Posted - 16 April 2011 : 11:35:59 my sons bought a flat together through a government scheme, the eldest son has done a runner owing loads of money. I have paid off all the creditors to do with the property as my youngest son can afford the mortgage and wants to keep the flat. So we want to take him off the mortgage and deeds is this possible ? although what if the eldest son who we believe is renting goes bankrupt -how would this affect what we wish to do?
