Posted - 19 April 2011 : 07:50:19 I beegan my 5 yr paymets thru bankrupcy 1/1/10. I have now found out that land I owned 25 yrs ago and thought was sold for failure to pay property tax was in fact not sld and my partner continued to pay the tax. An interested thrid party wants to timber the property. Am I supposed to turn my portion over to the trustee?

As said, are you sure it is bankruptcy or an IVA?
