I am planning to go Bankrupt shortly after loosing my job. My partner bought a car for family use before this all started. She is the owner and pays all the payments. But seeing as I am the only driver in the house we registered me as the keeper. Better for insurance purposes we thought.
The question as above is seeing as the finance and the ownership is clearly hers and I am only the registered keeper can they take the car?
Thanks K.
