Hi all
Just a quick question:
Had a letter from OR to say I was being recomended for ED and sent back the I&E form etc.
Its now been 9 weeks and still no news and keep checking insolv register.
Does this mean that there is no hope for ED....or is there anyone out there that had their ED this long or longer after returning papers...??

Just wanted to say thanks for all replies.
I will continue to check the ins reg and keep my fingers crossed.

As Debtinfo says you actually need to click into the entry as the 'front page' doesn't update to show discharged.

it should be on there if you have your letter, there is a link on the register to contact them if the info is wrong, if its not right in a week, let them know |

I have checked on registeer and it still says currently bankrupt does it takee a while to be updated |

Does anyone know how long insolvency register takes to update or is it just letter from OR with court stamp on it ??????? |

Hi I just got ED letteer from OR saying discharge was 11th april i t took 11 weeks but I think it varies . |
