Posted - 26 April 2011 : 22:14:24 Hi, I was declared bankrupt in Feb 2009. I own(owned) a 1/4 share of a property overseas, that interest now vesting with the Trustee. Is there a time limit in which the Trustee has to deal with the property? The Trustee has not registered any legal charges on the property. Thank you for your assistance.

I've no idea on this I'm afraid. Hopefully one of the experts can help, otherwise I'd have a word with the trustee to see what is happening.
