I had read online (for example) that you could allow £54 PCM for month/internet/mobile phone, but when I spoke with the insolvency agency today they said I could only allow £34 PCM. Also housekeeping they said I could only allow £179, but I had read I could allow £209.
Is the guidance/allowances they make publically available?

As Jan has said, you just need to list everything you actually spend.
Posted - 01 May 2011 : 18:44:51 thats what I did, although I found a website that listed the allowances which I used for guidance But the person at the insolvency agency said that I could not allow for things (like "meals at work" and "sports/entertainment") that the document said could be allowed (and I also was allowed to use in my IVA)

I can only suggest that you put down exactly what you spend on everything and the OR will tell you whether it is allowed or not.
