i am unable to clear my debts.(rent is in arrears,council tax,tv license,water bills). I need to declare bankrupt,can u tell me where can i go to do that or who can i call. need to get it sorted asap. |

Hi and welcome to the forum.
How much do you owe in unsecured debts? Do you own your own house? This could make a difference as to the solutions available to you.
If you can give us a few more details we can probably advise further,
