Posted - 16 May 2011 : 16:09:33 i was made bankrupt in 2007 by the irs and discharged in January 2011,after my discharge i received a letter from my previous loan company, 5 year loan 2003 to 2008 60 monthly payments(payed) at the end of the loan they requested 18.000 pounds in late payment charges and admin charges,should the charges have been included in the bankruptcy. |

I don't know the laws there but I presume all unsecured debts should be included in the bankruptcy. Maybe you should try an american forum or speak to your bankruptcy case officer.
