How and where exactly do I find out what and who I owe? At present (aside from my student loan) I am only aware of £1000 to wonga.com, £1600 to HMRC and £458 to my old accountant. However I don't know if declaring bankrupcy for £3058 is feasible? I know I've no way of paying it anytime soon, and think if bankrupcy can wipe my slate clean after 3 years then it's maybe the way to go. However I don't know if there's anything else and would like to find out a total of what I owe!

Regards
Rikki

Hi,

Try looking at this link, it should explain it to you.

The world is broken, halos fail to glisten
We try to make a difference but no one wants to listen
Hail the preachers, fake and proud
Their doctrines will be cloud
Then they'll dissipate like snowflakes in an ocean

Thank you for that. Where would I go to investigate a debt relief order?

With that amount of debt than a debt relief order could be a possibility if you don't own your own home, have no assets over £300 and less than £50 per month disposable income after your priority bill have been paid.
