i have been issued with benefit overpayments which i am unable to pay, can i bankrupt

Further to my last post, there is a sticky on this subject, under council tax payments, you should find the answer there, but you still need to provide more information, as to overpayments, when any enforcement action taken etc

If you need help completing SOA's(statement of affairs) or PIQ's(preliminary information questionnaire) if you've been declared bankrupt, or anything else and you're within 30 miles or so of Warrington, then please contact me via my contact details in the expert page for futher details"

You need to provide more information about this, as depending on when the demand was made it could be included in bankruptcy, but in some cases they can still claim repayments until discharged from bankruptcy.

have they formally asked for repayment, how much are your total debts
