Posted - 25 May 2011 : 20:02:32 my husband got the sack and we declared ourselves bankrupt, he has now found a temporary job on a one month contract that may roll on but the factory is closing so no chance of a permanent job, the OR has said we must do an ipa but there is no guarantee on the job lasting more than 1 month, can they do this to us?
