Posted - 30 May 2011 : 01:08:23 Sorry to ask another question, but we were going to go bankrupt in july but i dont get my redunancy money until septermber, would it make a big difference if we put off going br util september, i dont want to make matters worse with the creditors but i have just read that the fees are going up and this would help. Thank you

Posted - 30 May 2011 : 07:55:11 I think that you should declare bankruptcy when you are ready and can afford it. If you are getting your redundancy in September then it will be better for you to use some of that money for your fees. You can keep your creditors informed, but to be honest, it won't stop them chasing you so lots of people just ignore them.
