Posted - 04 June 2011 : 00:50:04 Hi, if it's a DCA, then the liability would have been in existence prior to bankruptcy, as they usually take debts from banks etc. In essence they're trying it on by the sounds of it, if they've got an issue, give them the BO number, and tell them to contact the OR.

If you need help completing SOA's(statement of affairs) or PIQ's(preliminary information questionnaire) if you've been declared bankrupt, or anything else and you're within 30 miles or so of Warrington, then please contact me via my contact details in the expert page for futher details"

Speak to the OR about this - I think they are just trying bullying tactics.

Posted - 01 June 2011 : 18:07:23 I don't think this is correct, even if you missed putting it on the forms as long as you inform the OR about it asap you should be ok. Don't give in to pressure and pay it.
I feel sure one of the experts will be on soon to clarify this for you though. Good luck.
