Posted - 09 June 2011 : 20:06:35 Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help answer my questions if possible, firstly , the background, went bankrupt Jan 2011, mortgaged property and sole owner, i owe £159k and worth approx £160 when valued in Jan 2011, im now paying moonbeaver £60pm as i had £80 free income,so questions:
1)i want to buy back interest in property , when can i do this and what is reasonable offer considering housing market? 2)Moonbeaver - Can i keep any of my bonuses when discharged or do i have to keep paying that for 3yrs also? 3)How do they monitor my income after ive set up standing order to pay the £60p/m/
Much appreciated,
Nige. |

2) possibly, possibly not, what you do need to do is keep them informed of any changes in you financial situation over the 3 years and that would include bonus's
3) Now that would be telling wouldn't it - as i said above you have a duty to tell them of any changes |
