I went bankrupt august 8th 2008, (i used this site prior and during which is well documented) i can say it helped tremondesly, anyway question my house is close to negative equity and with less than 2months away from safety,so other than a message asking my wife if she was interested in buying my share 2 years ago nothing, can anyone let me know if the trustees need to serve notice on the sale of the house or can they come any time up untill the 5th of august when the house will revert back to me,
