Here is a question for the benefit of everyone.....
Do bankrupts get notified by the OR that they intend to close the file on their investigations. I was told this is done by means of a Notice To Creditors? Do bankrupts get to see a copy of this notice. Are they told at all?

Posted - 15 June 2011 : 22:46:33 I think you are confusing 2 things here, there if the end of the bankruptcy (discharge) and then there is the end of the trustees enquiries which is a different notification. Either can happen first, at the same time or last

Posted - 15 June 2011 : 18:10:33 I would also keep an eye on the Insolvency Register to see when your status changes to discharge.
When it does then print this off so that you have something to send to creditors if you have problems in the future.
