I was made bankrupt over 6 year ago and this was anulled as soon as i found out withn in a month, does this still appear on my record as i am appliying for jobs for finance jobs and am not sure if this needs to be declared in this situation |

Agree - check all three credit reference agencies - Equifax, Experian and Call Credit to see what is registered against you.

although if it got to bankruptcy then it may be likely that you might have CCJ's defaults etc on your record, so it may not be squeakly even if the bankruptcy is not on there the only way to find out is to take a look |

it should not be on there at all if it was annulled, that is the point of an annullment |
