Posted - 21 June 2011 : 18:34:21 I was made bankrupt over 6 year ago and this was anulled as soon as i found out withn in a month, does this still appear on my record as i am appliying for jobs for finance jobs and am not sure if this needs to be declared in this situation |

Posted - 21 June 2011 : 19:12:54 although if it got to bankruptcy then it may be likely that you might have CCJ's defaults etc on your record, so it may not be squeakly even if the bankruptcy is not on there the only way to find out is to take a look |
