Posted - 24 June 2011 : 08:24:34 I havee been devorced 11 years former marital home in joint name i paid mogage instead of child support former wife has remogaged house now she is in debtagain to the value of 40.000 pound the house is not worth that much . but my name is still on the deeds would it be adviseable for me to go bancrupt i am a single fathher looking after 2 children thank you
