How can i declare myself bankrupt when living aboard? or what do i need to do?

as Kallis states if you wish to apply for bankruptcy you have 2 options on how you do this - either return to the UK to file for bankruptcy OR appoint a Power of Attourney - I am sorry but I persoanlly do not carry out power of attourney work, but if you want to contact me via the 'experts' button - I can provide details of a company that provide this service

How long have you lived abroad? If it is less than three years then you can declare BR here. You would need to either come to the UK to do it yourself or appoint a power of attorney to do it. Probably best to speak to an expert about this.
