will i lose my flat, still to pay 88,000 and the flat next to me is for sale for 78,000 dont think my flat would go for much for

Hi Derek,

Do you mean if you declare bankruptcy?

Do you live in the flat? Is there any equity? Is it jointly owned?Can you afford to live there? How much are your debts?
