Posted - 02 July 2011 : 22:16:34 Hi my husband is self employed as a minibus/taxi driver he has recently been audited by the inland revenue found to owe £16,000 in tax :-( we also have a few various business debts. We have been unlucky with contracts etc and have 1 contract for the next 4 years which is fairly low pay. We feel that BCY is the best option but can he continue trading using the same business name after the BCY to honor the contract outstanding ?
