Posted - 05 July 2011 : 15:53:52 Hi, if you don't mention it, then it's a certainty that one of your creditors, or someone associated with them will inform the OR of the property. I regularly got information like that regarding assets that people were trying to conceal from the OR/trustee.

Posted - 05 July 2011 : 06:36:04 I believe you have to mention everything as it is an asset that own, regardless of where in the world it is situated.
The OR will be able to find out.
