My husband has seperated so we sold the famliy home and with the money that we had from the sell i brought a house out right for myself and my three children ages 22,21,16 and my husband keep the money that was left. My husband has just inform me that he is being made bankrupt will the court have any right to my house which is in my name only.... many thanks |

When did you buy your house how much did you each get and has their been a divorce. Finally if you got more was their any financial reason for that |

I think that as he is the one who has gone bankrupt and you own your house outright you should not have any problems.
