Posted - 01 August 2011 : 00:38:00 i was made bankrupt 2.5 years ago and discharged after 1 year. My mother died 4.5 years ago . her estate is to be distributed in the next 3-5 months. i along with 3 siblings will be the beneficaries. Do i have to give the official reciever my share |

Posted - 02 August 2011 : 01:35:15 thats a plus point then in that you have only just found out, you have 21 days to tell them. The only way you would keep any money is if your share is large enough to pay all debts and fees and have soe left over |
