Posted - 03 August 2011 : 11:51:22 Hi completely stressed!!! I just picked up some mail at a friends address for a court summons for council tax due on my property that was repossessed in Apr 2011. I rang to ask what the summons was for, as the apartment was rented out in the past, the amount £350 is for the period it was empty from jan-apr 2011, i did say i was made bankrupt and dont have this amount of money to pay, the aprtments in joint name, but my i have no contact with my sister, so im left to sort it out!! the man said that if nothing is paid by 14 days the bailiffs will come out!! please can someone help with advice as i dont have the money and dont know what to do!! many thanks x
