You need to speak to your IP and see if there is a way forward with your IVA. It would be a shame if it were to fail.

Hopefully you can come to some arrangement with them rather than having to go bankrupt.

Yes bankruptcy is an option. However as both IVA's and bankruptcies are legal processes, you cannot do both. You would therefore need to speak with your Supervisor as he/she will need to produce a Certificate of Non Compliance allowing you to declare yourself bankrupt.
