Posted - 08 August 2011 : 15:01:39 Hi,
Your partner will be not involved in your bankruptcy. I live with my partner and apart from sharing the costs of the bills, rent, etc, he is in no other way affecting by my bankruptcy. Of course, your I&E will probably be less than if you were single, as some of these will obviously be shared with your partner (such as housekeeping, gas/electric bills, council tax, etc)
Hope that helps

Posted - 08 August 2011 : 06:38:06 Hi and welcome.
Your partner won't be involved at all. If you have an IPA then you might have to pay across more as the household expenses would be shared.
Follow through Make your dreams come true Don't give up the fight You will be alright 'Cause there's no one like you in the universe
