Hello there, and a warm welcome to the forum

In order to help, we will need a little bit more information:
Do you intend to return to work? and if so, after childcare costs etc will you be able to meet your contractual repayments on your debts?
Do you own a property with your partner (or on your own)?

If you could answer these questions we will be able to help you further, and see whether or not bankruptcy is the best option, or if pother options need to be considered

Look forward to hearing from you soon. Melanie
