I would like to be made bankrupt as my life completely is upside down at the moment and I have been out of work for some time now. I haven't got any means to pay for the bankruptcy, I am living with friends at the moments as I have lost my place to live. I am under a huge pressure from debtors trying to recover the debts. I would like to know if you could help or point me to the right direction of where I could find help. Thank you

I agree that you are likely to have to make yourself bankrupt. If you are on certain benefits you can get a reduction in the fees or there are some charities or utility companies that can assist.

Follow through
Make your dreams come true
Don't give up the fight
You will be alright
'Cause there's no one like you in the universe

Hi Disraeli

I believe that what Viki.W has said is the best bet. The problem is that very rarely these days will a creditor make you bankrupt unless you have a Crown debt.

All the best
