Posted - 21 August 2011 : 19:08:25 Official Receiver Has Changed My Details. Hi, When my wife was made bankrupt earlier this year, the details on the Insolvency Register showed the contact details as the Official Receiver at their office. Last month she received a letter telling her that they had appointed an Insolvency Practitioner, the details on the Insolvency register changed and showed the IP's name & address as the contact. She received paperwork to complete and return, this has not yet been returned although she still has a couple of week to do this. We have just checked the Insolvency Register today and hey presto, the contact details have reverted back to the OR at their office! Does anyone have a clue as to what is going on please, we are curious, thanks.
