Posted - 21 August 2011 : 19:09:33 when i went bankcrupt i put the car down its only a runabout worth about 300 we paid 400 i put log book in my name because my husband was away working the insolvency want my husband to pay 200 for car my husband thinks thats unfair because hes alredy paid for it because we have a joint account what can i do to keep it because the log book states whos name is on it doesnt mean they own it help me please

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.
Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side.
