i seperated from my ex husband 8 years ago and have just finalised my divorce. he signed his share over to me 6 years ago but was never removed from the deeds. coz he has gone bankrupt where do i stand? i have a solicitor.

It depends whether there is any equity that a trustee would consider worth pursuing, however it all depends on what you mean by "signing his share over to you". If it was an order of the court then a bankruptcy order won't change its effect, however if it was just an agreement between both of you(even with documents prepared by a solicitor) then a trustee may be able to challenge it.
