Posted - 08 September 2011 : 18:16:58 what will happen when i go bankrupt to my 2 properties in uk and one abroad, all 3 are negative equity about £19,000 each i have tenents in paying the mortage and it covers it ok.HELP?????? |

Posted - 09 September 2011 : 09:09:37 Yes have gas certificates Elec etc all have deposit in them but well over negative equity.the one prorrty in my own but had tonmove out and th other is investment. |

Posted - 08 September 2011 : 22:38:32 Then it is likely that the trustee will collect the rent and not pay the mortgage. This will probably lead to the properties being repossessed. There are no guarantees but I think this is the most likely outcome |
