what will happen when i go bankrupt to my 2 properties in uk and one abroad, all 3 are negative equity about £19,000 each i have tenents in paying the mortage and it covers it ok.HELP??????

Yes have gas certificates Elec etc all have deposit in them but well over negative equity.the one prorrty in my own but had tonmove out and th other is investment.

Do you have permission to rent them from the mortgage companies, did they pay a deposit, if so is it in an approved scheme, do you have safety certificates for gas elec etc

Then it is likely that the trustee will collect the rent and not pay the mortgage. This will probably lead to the properties being repossessed. There are no guarantees but I think this is the most likely outcome
