Anna.09	Posted - 12 September 2011 : 17:42:05 HI, I ALREADY HAVE DONE BANKRUPTCY ORDER, AND I HAVE FEW CREDITORS, AND ONE OF THEM IS CREDITOR COMPANY WHICH TRY GET MONEY BACK FROM ME, FOR TOP MAN CREDIT CARD, FINALLY THEY HAVE SEND MY CASE TO COURT, AND I GOT FORM,I MADE DEAL FOR PAYING MONTHLY 10Ł BACK, BUT I STOP PAYING THAT BECAUSE OF MY BANKRUPTCY. mY QUESTION IS, SHOULD I ADDED THIS CREDITOR TO MY BANKRUPTCY ORDER, IS IT ALLOWED AT ALL,BECAUSE I HAVE JUST READ IS NOT ALLOWED, THANK YOU FOR ANY ADVICE

debtinfo	Posted - 12 September 2011 : 17:57:54 All debts like this are included in bankruptcy it is not a choice thing. You should write back to the court defending the action with your defence being that you are bankrupt
