Hi All, i havent been on here for a while but as my hubby's A.D is nearly due i thought i'd ask a couple of questions!!What will be happening now..the OR advised him that he wouldnt get an IPA but this was months ago and now im worried he may get one with his A>D date being only 6wks away, will he need to do a new I&E ?Also do i need to contact the OR for his discharge certificate when it happens or is it best not to?
Can't believe its nearly over, just hope it goes by without any hitches!!!
Thanks

Hi, it's good to hear from you.

I don't know whether you will get a new I & E but it's getting close to hubby's AD so you may well be ok.

You don't get anything from the OR if you are automatically discharged. Make sure you print off the page from the insolvency register showing that he is discharged. You can get a certificate from the court, but this is around £70 - £80 so I never bothered.

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.

Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side.
