Obviously the end decision is not theirs to make, it is the OR or RTLU, but they do seem to have the authority to at least reduce payments while the review process is taking place, which is better than nothing. The RTLU on the other hand seem far less amicable and tend to try and get every last penny from you. Well that's my experience anyway.
