Her only hope is that she can apply to be declared bankrupt, she has no income (only benefits, including child benefit) Rent and Water arreas are probably an issue. Her partner was supposed to be taking care of the electricity and gas supplies, since entry into the property I found the electric meter had been bypassed and she was giving hime money for this (this is now in the hands of the supplier who have changed the meter) Im at my the end of my tether and any help and advice would be truly welcome.
