Posted - 29 September 2011 : 21:36:11 I believe I have completed my forms, but not sure if I have done so correctly. Can I get them checked for free somewhere? Or will any error be picked up before I am charged for a Court Fee? Also, I note from your websites information that there is a Court fee and a Bankruptcy fee - I understand that one is around £700, but how much is the Bankruptcy fee? Thank you for your time. |

Posted - 30 September 2011 : 12:49:14 Just to confirm that the CAB are likely to assist - often though, you will have a wait for an appointment.
there are certain reductions for people on welfare benefits. If you or a close member of your family have a connection with the armed services, the Royal British legion (RBL) may assist you with a grant/funding the cost of the fees
Good luck, Propertyguide

You could try the CAB.
The court fee is £700 but you may get a reduction if you are on certain benefits, there are no other court fees involved.
