Posted - 03 October 2011 : 14:00:42 I am unable to continue to meet payments - i am in rreceipt of working tax credits and expect to earn 4K this year I have sold all I can to date I am in rented accommodation the debt only arose due to divorce as I htought that I would get a settlemtn but did not I do get maintenance of 1K 500 is for my son my rent is 850 I receive working tax credits and child tax credits of approx 135 a week and 135 a fortnight from housing I work 40 hours trying to build up company but am too stressed I think my income to outgoing is about 1200 shortfall
