Posted - 07 October 2011 : 14:11:08 I am currently in my third year of chapter 13. I recently had a home fire and am recording payment from the insurance company. I plan to rebuild my home which my attorney says shouldn't be a problem, but the expect the court to seize the money for my contents. How can that happen?
