Posted - 12 October 2011 : 09:06:28 I was declared bankrupt in june 2009 and discharged in june 2010, my home is still subject to the order untill june 2012 waiting on valuation. My question is dispite going bankrupt, trying to stay self employed in current market debts seem to arise again, what would happen if I went bankrupt again now??
