Posted - 26 October 2011 : 12:05:54 have just got the forms for bankrupcy, being in debt with my husband i have been told to fill in forms as well, we have joimt bank accounts. on my forms having no income being a housewife what do i put down for income and expences ect. i have one small loan that was being piad out of housekeeping do i put that down as income housekeeping and expences loan. very confused.

How much is your debt? Have you taken advice from the CAB or elsewhere to see if bankruptcy is definitely the best option for you?
If it is you don't put the loan down as expenditure as you won't be paying it after you're declared bankrupt.
