Posted - 03 November 2011 : 15:28:05 our daughter has been separated for the last 7 months. Her husband left the marital home. They have three young children. he says she had better start claiming all the benefits she can . We, her father and I, think she should aim to begin work as soon as possible and rebuild her lift. He and his family say she should end up in rented accommodtion paid for by the DHSS.
The divorce has been stalled. Do you know if when it comes to it the Courts would agree in her favour to be supported by the husband until such time she can continue in her career as a Midwife and begin to build a new life for herself once more.

Regarding your question, are either your daughter or her partner bankrupt?
Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.
Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side.
