Posted - 04 November 2011 : 03:36:22 My debt is 45000.00 British pounds to 7 creditors in UK. Monthly income is 1875.30 BP Monthly expenditure is 1873.40 BP Recommended debt solution is bankruptcy but I am a permanent resident in Canada so what do I do?

subject to how long you have been out of this country.
you can apply to the high court in person or appoint a representitive to act on your behalf (lasting power of attorney) who can then apply at the High Court for your bankruptcy.
I think one of the experts Mel helps with LPA's.
