Posted - 15 November 2011 : 18:57:21 ive have a ancillary relief order against my ex husband as part of our divorce,i have now heard he has given up his job so he can go bankrupt if this is the case will my acillary relief order be included in this and if so is there anything i can do about it

Posted - 03 January 2012 : 08:08:25 As far as i know, if he doesn't have any income he won't have to pay - you can't get blood from a stone. Of course when he does find employment again he wouls have to start paying child maintenance again.
